When you message us on WhatsApp, call or e-mail us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, mobile number, e-mail address and your message. The Risk Profile and Financial Health tools run in your browser; your answers are only shared with us if you choose to send your result on WhatsApp. We also receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, to explain mutual fund products and services you have asked about, to complete KYC and onboarding when you decide to invest, and to improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Information is shared only where needed to provide a service you have requested – for example with Asset Management Companies, registrars (CAMS/KFintech) and SEBI-registered transaction platforms during onboarding – or where required by law or regulation.

Third-party services

Fund NAV data shown on this website is retrieved from a public AMFI data feed; scheme searches you type are sent to that service. Enquiry buttons open WhatsApp (operated by Meta), whose privacy policy applies to messages you send there. Links to insurer, regulator and other external websites are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Cookies

The website uses only essential browser storage needed for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security and retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by SEBI/AMFI record-keeping rules.
